APRIL & MAY 2021:

Melinda Davidson once again invites us to her beautiful wellness experience, Nourish: Wholehearted Being and Living. Especially now, we all need experiences that nourish us, with spiritual richness, community, and healing. Melinda’s creative adaptations to her Nourish program will enable us to experience all of these blessings in a safe, “virtual” manner, observing current social distancing guidelines.

Nourish is a unique, deeply spiritual 2-part experience that includes:

1) One individual Reiki session with Melinda, who is a certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki’s healing, integrative power can be experienced using a “no direct touch” technique. A Reiki healing session can be conducted remotely via an internet or phone connection. Alternatively, Melinda can provide a private space (with social distancing) on her beautiful outdoor patio. Individual, tailored-to-comfort sessions, alongside a pre-consult and post-consult, can be scheduled with Melinda during the month of April. Dates are currently open for booking; Melinda will contact you after registration.

2) A one-time virtual interactive cooking class on Saturday, May 1, 10:00am-1:00pm. You’ll meet in community via zoom, as you learn healthy cooking strategies and prepare nourishing foods in your own kitchen. The virtual gathering will provide time to engage with other participants as you savor new tastes, textures, and conversations together.

Registration: $120 (includes Reiki, the cooking experience, and a $20 donation to the ministries of CSE). You may register here.

NEW 2021 6-week Series:
Mondays 5:00-6:00pm via Zoom
Jan. 18, 26, Feb. 1, 15, 22 & March 1

Discovering our own complicity in historic, systemic racism is deeply troubling. Brave Spaces brings conversation partners together to learn about race theory, to uncover new voices from the past and present, and to live out beliefs more faithfully. We’ll meet weekly in community to learn and to support each other on a life-long journey of being anti-racist. We’ll be preparing for action by learning about allyship. Being an ally requires those of us who have privilege and power to engage in self-reflection, learning, and action to support and to stand in solidarity with those who are experiencing racism in our community. We hope you’ll consider joining us as we move forward into allyship and action.

Sunday, Feb. 28, 1:00-4:00pm (a Zoom Workshop)

What if you had a roadmap – a “soul-map” for understanding who you are and what makes the people around you tick  -  A system that integrates your whole being and can be applied to every area of your life? The Enneagram is a time-tested model for understanding our unique way of being in the world.  It is a powerful tool for developing understanding of ourselves and others that leads to more effective communication, and increased compassion.  It’s an engaging pathway for personal growth as well as for collective transformation that transcends gender, religion, nationality and culture. The Enneagram is an effective pathway for intentional inner work that helps us become clearer about our core beliefs and deepens our spirituality.

Contact Renae for more information and to register. Registration fee is $35.  Additional $10 fee to complete the online Enneagram Assessment if you have not taken the assessment previously. When you register for the workshop, a link to the Enneagram website will be provided where you can complete the assessment prior to the workshop.

Sunday, March 14, 1:00-4:00pm (a Zoom Workshop)

Enneagram is a study of the nine basic personality types. The Enneagram map of general predictable behavior patterns will be our starting point as we venture into our individual expression of these patterns. We will discover potential challenges and sweet spots within relationships, based on our individual strategies.

We invite you to join us as couples: partners, friends, co-workers or parent and child. This is a light-hearted yet meaningful class which will offer examples and activities designed to help us recognize what we need in relationships. Previous experience with Enneagram is strongly recommended for this workshop.

Contact Renae for more information and to register. Registration fee is $35.

10:00-11:30am the 2nd Friday of each month beginning Feb. 12
