Thrive: A Health and Wellness Experience

This inspiring and even transformative experience includes an opening full-day retreat at the beautiful Hideaway Conference Center, an individual, personalized coaching session, and a follow-up gathering for all participants to honor their progress toward enhanced wellbeing.  Space will be limited to a small group so watch for registration to open in late summer!

Whole: Eating for Mind, Body & Spirit - Exploring Wellness in the Blue Zones

Join Bob & Sharon Oliver on Saturday, November 16 from 10:00am-12:30pm to find out why people in these 5 areas of the world (blue zones) live longer, happier and healthier lives.  We’ll share a light meal and blue zone recipes. Feel GOOD Yoga with Suzanne

8:00-9:00am most Thursday mornings (check summer schedule with Renae) in the St. Luke's Chapel. Suzanne Rainey, certified yoga teacher, leads an inclusive, relaxed yoga class that provides mindfulness reading and reflection. Come try this calming, centering class. We invite you to drop in whenever your busy life allows. Bring a yoga mat. Suggested donation is $10/class. Contact Renae for more information. 

Enneagram Panels

12:30-2:00pm - Our exploration of Enneagram continues with Enneagram Panels!  One “core style” will be featured each month, Learn how to recognize different personality patterns, as panelists share their inner world and realities. Bring a friend, a partner, a study group...all are welcome. Panels facilitated by Schawn Kellogg, Eric Kellogg, Linda Osborn and Sallie Suby-Long, certified Enneagram educators. Gracious Space with Jenita Rhodes

10:00-11:30am the 2nd Friday of each month. (Currently Full) This drop-in forum meets every 2nd Friday and offers time and space to renew, refresh and regenerate. Each session includes a reflection/lesson and time to explore through various Arts. Come when you can and see what exciting things Jenita will bring to your day. Renae loves to coordinate, lead, and participate in a variety of classes and retreat experiences. She is passionate about helping people find energy by fully embracing their spiritual gifts. She has been a team leader with the Center for Spiritual Engagement for over five years and loves seeing people come alive when they find connection and purpose.
