Feel GOOD Yoga with Suzanne

8:00-9:00am most Thursday mornings (check summer schedule with Renae) in the St. Luke's Chapel. Suzanne Rainey, certified yoga teacher, leads an inclusive, relaxed yoga class that provides mindfulness reading and reflection. Come try this calming, centering class. We invite you to drop in whenever your busy life allows. Bring a yoga mat. Suggested donation is $10/class. Contact Renae for more information. 

Gracious Space with Jenita Rhodes

10:00-11:30am the 2nd Friday of each month. (Currently Full) This drop-in forum meets every 2nd Friday and offers time and space to renew, refresh and regenerate. Each session includes a reflection/lesson and time to explore through various Arts. Come when you can and see what exciting things Jenita will bring to your day. Advanced Enneagram Workshop

February 16, 2020

Join us for the Advanced Enneagram Workshop on Sunday, February 16, from 1:00-4:00pm in the St. Luke's Chapel. Rev. Schawn and Eric Kellogg will facilitate this experience with the dynamic Enneagram personal and professional development tool. The workshop will focus on Core Style, Wings, Centers, Instinct Preference, and Subtype. For those who have previous experience with the Enneagram this is an excellent opportunity to expand your learning and application of the Enneagram in your everyday life. Registration for the workshop is $49 and includes all materials and refreshments. Nourish: Wholehearted Being and Living with Melinda Davidson

February 29, 2020

Melinda will offer a unique and inspirational 2-part experience combining both an individual and group activity designed to Nourish your whole being – mind, spirit and body. By consciously slowing down, we can then begin to feel, listen and investigate to foster personal growth. The shifts, directions, and joys that we all deserve exist already well within each of us. Let’s Nourish you in the new year as we inspire wholeness of self. Included will be a 1½ hour private Reiki session in mid-January and a 2½ hour group meal planning and preparation class on February 29 10am-12:30pm. Cost is $65 for both the Reiki and the cooking class! This is a small group experience you won’t want to miss so be sure to register early. For more information and to register contact Melinda

Renae loves to coordinate, lead, and participate in a variety of classes and retreat experiences. She is passionate about helping people find energy by fully embracing their spiritual gifts. She has been a team leader with the Center for Spiritual Engagement for over five years and loves seeing people come alive when they find connection and purpose.
